Common question

Here are answers to some of your common questions.

Our kitchen facility is in Abbotsford, BC and our headquarters is in Port Coquitlam, BC. Once your order is accepted, you will have the option to pick up at either location or we can deliver for an additional fee within Metro Vancouver. We do not offer shipping. As orders are made first thing in the morning on date of pickup, pickup and deliveries can only be done in the afternoons. Depending on our orders for the day, we may be able to accommodate earlier pickup. We will discuss this will you after your order has been accepted.

Please fill out the order form here. Once you submit your order, you will receive an automated confirmation email indicating your order has been received. Please allow for up to 24 hours for a response from us. We will try to respond as promptly as possible, but if you place an order in the evening, we will not respond until the next day. Once your order is accepted, we will contact you with additional details and payment options.

You may contact us via email to [email protected], or send us a message through our Facebook or Instagram page if you have additional questions. Please do not place an order through this method. Orders must be submitted through the order form.

Our selection is made based on our orders for that day. If you order for pickup up same day, we may be able to accommodate if we have extras from a batch. Generally if you place an order for pickup on a Monday afternoon, it will be made Monday morning. The only exceptions are custom and large orders, which will require more time to prepare.

If it is a custom or large order, a minimum of one week’s notice is required. Depending on the specifics of the custom order, and your required date, we may need more notice. It is best that you contact us as soon as you know your required date in order for us to accommodate your order.

As we do not have a retail location, we are not set up for in person orders, nor do we have a suitable space to allow for public access.

At present we do not have a retail location. The kitchen facility is strictly where all the food creations take place. We allow for pickups there and at our headquarters in Port Coquitlam.

We currently accept cash, etransfers and PayPal. For large orders, we require a 50% non-refundable deposit to secure your order.

Our kitchen is open Monday to Friday, 9am to 4pm. We are closed weekends and holidays. Pickup and delivery will be according to selected day and time once your order is approved.
